OMCO International NV is the leading manufacturer of glass container moulds for the European glass packaging industry.

With facilities in Aalter (Belgium), Pudsey (Great Britain), Köflach (Austria), Hum na Sutli (Croatia), Gebze (Turkey) and Iasi (Romania), OMCO International NV has built up a reputation over many decades in the hollow glass industry worldwide as the leading independent mould manufacturer.

Negotiations with a major US glassmaker have resulted in a long-term supply contract for glass moulds all over the US.  Consequently mid 2006 EMCO USA Llc. in Zanesville, Ohio has been founded.

The production capability of these seven factories covers the entire range of glass moulds. The group makes moulds for container moulds as well as moulds for pressed glass.

The two foundries in the Omco Group, one located in Hamme (Belgium) and one located in Žalec (Slovenia) are casting grey and nodular cast iron as well as aluminium-bronze. Besides supplying glass mould castings to the various Omco manufacturing units, they are making general engineering castings for many customers in Europe.
